Site n. 14 of the Museo Diffuso.
in recent years the waters of Angera have always received the blue flag. The City offers two free areas of beach where it is possible to access to the bathing area.
La Noce:
The Noce beach, characterized by sand and gravel, takes its name from the large tree in the center which offers shade and coolness until past noon. The beach is accessible via an asphalted passageway in the first part from which begins a slide for carriages and the disabled that leads up to the sandy area. The play area with equipped slide makes the northern part of the beach suitable for families with children.
The hazelnut:
The beach of La Nocciola, characterized by a large lawn area partly shaded, is located a little further north; it has a more "wild" nature and is accessible to four-legged friends. Access is via a rather steep path and the beach is not equipped.
Non-bathing areas:.
The presence of the port and of the docks and the consequent passage of ferries and private boats, involves the prohibition of access to water from the coasts facing the tree-lined avenues.
